SMALL GROUPS

The community of SCC continues after Sunday with our Small Groups. With various topics, various locations, at different times of the week, there is one right for you. These are smaller group settings with a leader from S.C.C. meeting throughout the year.
Through Bible Studies and small group meetings, the family of SCC grows closer and stronger. A smaller setting is ideal for growing stronger in your faith, developing friendships, building community, and both being encouraged and giving encouragement. Life Group topics vary in length.

The Who is Jesus 100 Bible Challenge (E100) 100 Days - 100 Passages

The Plan guides you through Old Testament passages and New Testament passages — take the time so you can see the big picture of God's Word, and form a daily Bible reading habit in the process. Work on it from now until January only 6 days a week!

Check out the WHO IS JESUS BIBLE CHALLENGE PLAN

Jesus is the focal point of God's plan to save the world from sin and offer people eternal life. The greatest story in the Bible is about Jesus; from Genesis to Revelation, the Bible is literally "His Story". Read along and follow the storyline of Jesus. The E100 passages are usually one to two chapters in length and can easily be read each day. The E100 Challenge takes a reader through all of the major types of biblical writing including Historical books, Poetry and Wisdom Literature, the Prophets, the Gospels, Acts, the Epistles, and Revelation.

BIBLE READING METHOD:
PRAY: before you read, asking God to help you understand.
READ: the Bible passage for the day, perhaps more than once.
REFLECT: on the passage. Write your thoughts in a journal.
APPLY: what God teaches you from His Word to your life.PRAY: again, asking God to help you live out His Word.
